About This Role:
You’ll use CAD software to prepare digital models for custom device design and fabrication. This is an on-site position where you’ll receive full training, work alongside experienced team members, and contribute to creating solutions that help people regain mobility and independence.
What You’ll Do:
• Use CAD software to prepare and modify digital models for device design
• Review order forms and apply design protocols
• Manage workflows and prioritize tasks using digital order systems
• Communicate with team members via phone, email, chat, and video calls
• Collaborate with fabrication teams to address quality concerns and meet production deadlines
• Perform related duties as required
Skills/Background Needed:
• High school diploma or GED
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to pay close attention to detail
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and conversation
• Ability to work well as part of a small team
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work
• Strong interpersonal skills and integrity
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Preferred:
• Any experience with CAD software
• Basic knowledge of relevant industry practices
• Experience with 3D design or printing
• Customer service experience
