Role: Sales and Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a friendly, talented individual to join our team in a sales and marketing role. This is an on-site position at our comfortable headquarters with convenient access to public transportation.

What You’ll Do
You’ll wear multiple hats in this varied role, gaining experience across several areas:
Answer customer inquiries via phone and email • Help educate customers about products and solutions • Provide quotes for standard and custom offerings • Enter orders and create shipping documents • Process payments and maintain spreadsheets and reports • Provide customer service and troubleshoot issues • Maintain the company website and marketing programmes • Attend and help set up 1–2 trade shows per year (typically 5–6 days, out of state)
Skills/background needed:
A minimum of two years of college study or relevant work experience • Basic mathematical skills • Strong reading and writing abilities • Patience and the ability to explain concepts clearly • Ability to pass standard assessments in English and Maths • Social media familiarity is a plus • Bilingual English/Spanish skills are highly valued
No prior sales experience is necessary – we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
