About the role
We’re looking for a Chat Support Agent to join our customer service team. You’ll communicate with customers via chat and email to understand their needs, find solutions to their problems, and ensure they have a positive experience. You’ll handle a steady volume of customer interactions, answer questions using provided resources, and follow best practices to build great customer relationships.
