About This Role
We’re looking for a creative social media strategist to help build and grow our digital presence across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook. You’ll develop content strategies, create engaging short-form videos, and track performance metrics to drive real business results. This is a fully remote position where you’ll work directly with leadership to build brand authority and grow our audience.
What You’ll Do
• Develop and execute social media content strategies across all major platforms
• Create, script, and edit high-performing short-form videos
• Build and maintain a content calendar with consistent posting schedules
• Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, watch time) and adjust strategies based on data
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and algorithm changes
• Engage with community members through comments, direct messages, and stories
• Collaborate with team members to ensure content stays on-brand and on-schedule
• As the role grows, mentor and lead a small content team
Skills/Background Needed
• Experience growing or managing at least one social media account
• Strong video editing skills using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro
• Excellent storytelling and copywriting ability
• Comfortable using project management tools like Trello or Notion
• Analytical mindset—able to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with short-form video content and platform algorithms
• Bonus: Experience with founder-led personal brands or influencer content
• Bonus: Comfortable appearing on camera or directing others on-camera
• Bonus: Experience with AI-powered editing tools
