We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Chat Support Associate to join our growing customer support team. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them resolve issues and get the most out of our platform. Full training will be provided—no prior experience necessary.
The role:
Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information and support to resolve customer issues
Identify and escalate complex issues to the specialist support team when necessary
Collaborate with other support and technical teams to resolve customer problems
Record and maintain accurate customer information in support systems
Meet team performance standards including response times and customer satisfaction goals
Continuously build your knowledge of our products, services, and processes
Share constructive feedback to help improve our customer support processes
About you:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Customer-focused mindset with a genuine desire to help
Ability to multitask and manage your time effectively
Comfortable using computers and learning new support software
Able to work independently and as part of a supportive team
Flexibility to work different shifts as needed
Skills/background needed:
No prior experience required. We provide full training on all systems and processes. If you have worked in a customer-facing role, that’s a plus—but enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are what matter most.
