We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented person to join our customer support team. This is a fully remote position where you’ll help customers by processing their orders, answering questions, and ensuring they have a smooth experience with us.
About the Role
You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling order management and customer service activities through multiple communication channels. This is a straightforward role focused on helping customers with routine requests and building positive relationships. You’ll work with customers at various service levels, answering questions about orders, invoices, and account information. When you come across something more complex, you’ll escalate it to a specialist—that’s completely normal and expected in this role.
What You’ll Do
• Receive and process customer orders following standard procedures
• Help customers understand their order status, invoices, and account information
• Handle routine customer requests and document processing
• Identify when an issue needs to be passed to a more senior team member
• Look for ways to improve how we serve customers
• Support the team with other tasks as needed
Skills/background needed
• No prior experience necessary—we provide full training
• Strong written communication skills (you’ll be chatting with customers)
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple conversations
• Patience and a genuine desire to help people
• Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for remote work
• Comfortable learning new systems and tools as part of the role
