We’re looking for a Chat Support Representative to join our growing support team. You’ll be the friendly voice helping customers solve problems and get the most out of their experience with us. This is a fully remote role perfect for someone starting their customer support career.
About the Role:
You’ll handle customer inquiries via live chat, providing helpful solutions and building positive relationships. No prior experience is necessary—we provide full training to get you up and running. You’ll work with a supportive team, learn new skills, and develop expertise in customer support.
What You’ll Do:
Respond promptly to customer messages and resolve inquiries professionally and courteously. Help customers understand our products and services. Work with other team members to ensure customers receive consistent, high-quality support. Keep accurate records of customer interactions. Learn about our products and services to provide knowledgeable assistance.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong written communication skills—you’ll be chatting with customers, so clear and friendly messaging is essential. A patient, helpful attitude with a genuine interest in solving problems. Reliability and the ability to manage your time effectively while working from home. Willingness to learn and take feedback. Comfortable using basic technology and tools. No previous customer support experience required—we’ll train you on everything else.
