We’re looking for a friendly, patient Chat Support Representative to join our team and help customers get the most out of our products. You’ll be the face of our support team, building positive relationships with customers and helping them succeed through live chat conversations.
This is a remote role where you’ll work from home, communicating with customers daily to answer questions, resolve issues, and guide them toward their goals. No experience necessary – we’ll provide full training to get you started.
What you’ll do:
• Respond to customer messages via live chat with a helpful, friendly approach
• Understand customer needs and help them find solutions
• Identify opportunities to help customers get more value from our products
• Keep detailed notes on customer interactions and account progress
• Work with other team members to resolve complex customer issues
• Support the team with administrative tasks and documentation
• Contribute to team projects and initiatives as needed
Skills/background needed:
• Excellent written communication – you should be clear, friendly, and professional in chat
• A positive, patient attitude when helping customers
• Basic computer skills and comfort using web-based tools
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple conversations
• A self-starter mentality – you’re proactive and motivated to do good work
• No experience required – we’re looking for the right attitude and willingness to learn
