This role combines technical troubleshooting with exceptional customer service. You’ll serve as the first point of contact for individuals seeking technical assistance. You will help resolve a wide range of technology issues involving desktops, laptops, mobile devices, software applications, operating systems, and network connectivity.

Roles:
Act as the initial point of contact for customers via telephone, email, or live chat to provide technical support for hardware, systems, applications, and related technologies. Provide technical troubleshooting and assistance with navigating application menus. You may be required to use remote support tools to connect with a customer’s computer when needed. Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and support remote employees. Develop and sustain positive customer relationships by making the customer and their needs a primary focus. Offer alternative solutions where appropriate. Record all customer contact information in the support system. Escalate more complex problems to senior technicians when appropriate.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers through phone, email, and chat channels
- Deliver prompt, professional, and customer-focused technical support for hardware, software, systems, and applications
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues by gathering information, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions
- Guide customers through technical processes using clear, easy-to-understand communication
- Utilize remote support tools to assist users with troubleshooting and resolution
- Support users experiencing network connectivity issues, access challenges, password-related concerns, and other common technical problems
- Document customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately within support systems
- Maintain productivity and quality standards while managing multiple customer requests in a fast-paced environment
- Build positive customer relationships through empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to excellent service
- Escalate complex or specialized issues appropriately while maintaining ownership of the customer experience
- Contribute to team success by sharing knowledge, identifying process improvements, and supporting a culture of continuous learning

Skills/background needed:
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking both Spanish and English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing technical support
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
- Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to empathize and professionally troubleshoot issues
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and network troubleshooting fundamentals
- Proficiency with Windows operating systems
- Ability to use remote support tools
Preferred:
- Previous experience in a technical support, service desk, help desk, contact center, or customer support environment
- 0 to 2 years of previous computer technical support experience
- Associate degree or technical institute certificate in Computer Science or Information Systems
- Understanding of account management and password reset procedures
- Experience supporting remote users and VPN connectivity
