We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Chat Support Specialist to join our customer support team. You’ll be the backbone of our support operation, helping customers get quick answers and solutions through live chat, email, and other channels. This role offers excellent training and a supportive environment where you’ll grow your customer service skills while helping people succeed.
What You’ll Do
• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and other communication channels
• Use ticketing software to organize, route, and manage customer requests
• Provide clear, professional, and courteous support to every customer
• Help customers with account and order-related questions
• Manage multiple conversations and priorities without losing quality
• Work with team members across departments to resolve customer issues quickly
• Keep detailed notes on all customer interactions
• Help analyze support metrics to understand customer needs better

Skills/background needed: No prior experience necessary. We provide full training on all tools and processes. Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) is helpful but not required.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full-time, permanent position.
Location: This role includes both remote work and on-site days. You’ll work from home most days, with scheduled office days each week to collaborate with the team in person.
