About the Role
We’re looking for a Chat Support Specialist to join our team and help our customers get the most from our products. You’ll work from home, managing customer conversations via live chat, responding to inquiries, and ensuring every customer feels supported and valued. This is a great opportunity to develop your customer service skills while working with a diverse, supportive team.
What You’ll Do
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via live chat
• Understand customer needs and provide helpful, clear solutions
• Build positive relationships with customers through genuine, attentive support
• Identify opportunities to help customers get more value from our products
• Collaborate with team members to solve customer challenges
• Keep detailed notes on customer interactions and follow up as needed
• Learn and stay current with product features and updates
• Flag important customer concerns to the appropriate team members
Skills/background needed
No prior experience necessary. We’re looking for someone who is:
• Genuinely interested in helping customers
• Clear and friendly communicator, both written and verbal
• Patient and able to stay calm under pressure
• Able to manage multiple conversations and priorities
• Independent thinker who can solve problems creatively
• Comfortable learning new tools and technologies quickly
• Detail-oriented and organised
Any experience with customer service, live chat platforms, or team chat applications is a bonus, but we’ll provide full training on everything you need to know.
