Chat Support Specialist – Patient Enrollment (Remote, Entry Level)

We’re looking for a Chat Support Specialist to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position where you’ll help patients and caregivers navigate the enrollment process and answer their questions about our services.

About The Role:

As a Chat Support Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients reaching out via chat and messaging platforms. You’ll guide them through the application and enrollment process, answer their questions, and ensure they have a smooth, positive experience from start to finish.

You’ll work closely with case managers and internal teams to process enrollments quickly and efficiently. Your role is to provide clear, helpful support while managing multiple client conversations and keeping detailed records of each interaction.

Day-to-Day Tasks:

• Respond to incoming chat and message enquiries from prospective clients and caregivers
• Guide clients through the application and enrollment process
• Answer questions about eligibility and services in a clear, empathetic way
• Work with case management teams to verify client information and authorizations
• Use multiple systems and tools to check eligibility and process enrollments
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for each client
• Meet monthly enrollment targets and performance goals
• Communicate professionally and positively with clients, even in challenging situations

Skills/Background Needed:

• No prior experience necessary – we provide full training
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to remain patient and calm when helping clients
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems
• Good typing speed and accuracy
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple conversations and prioritise tasks
• Genuine interest in helping people
• Willingness to follow processes and meet performance targets

Nice-to-Haves:

• Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, or high-volume chat environments
• Bilingual skills in Spanish or other languages
• Familiarity with healthcare or enrolment processes
