About the Role
We’re looking for a Communications Writer to help develop and manage strategic messaging across multiple channels. You’ll create engaging content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and internal communications while supporting our broader organisational priorities.
This is a fully remote, entry-level position. No prior experience required—we provide full training and support to help you succeed.
What You’ll Do
Content Strategy & External Communications
• Develop engaging content for blogs, social media, email campaigns, and patient-facing materials
• Manage and update editorial calendars aligned to organisational priorities and seasonal initiatives
• Monitor and manage social media presence across multiple channels
• Collaborate with the marketing team to identify content opportunities based on trends and performance data
• Support website copy updates and messaging improvements
• Work with freelance resources to develop creative content assets as needed
Internal Communications
• Create and manage internal newsletters, leadership messaging, and employee communications
• Develop talking points and communications materials for organisational announcements
• Work across teams to ensure clear, consistent messaging on key initiatives
Public Relations & Brand Support
• Support public relations needs and communications planning
• Assist with messaging development for organisational initiatives and announcements
• Monitor brand voice and messaging consistency across all communications channels
Process & Tool Innovation
• Learn and use modern content creation tools and workflows to improve efficiency
• Help develop scalable templates and communication processes
• Support the team in identifying ways to streamline communications practices
Skills & Background Needed
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to write clearly and edit effectively
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter)
• Comfortable learning new tools and technology
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Attention to detail
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams
• Ability to work effectively under deadlines
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field
• Relevant work experience in communications, content strategy, or social media management preferred (we welcome candidates with limited experience—training provided)
• Experience in healthcare or consumer services a plus, but not required
