We’re hiring customer service representatives to join our support team. This is an on-site position based at our facility, where you’ll handle customer inquiries across multiple channels including email, phone, and live chat.
You’ll work with customers from around the world, processing orders, resolving questions, and maintaining accurate records of all interactions. No prior experience is required—we provide full training to get you up to speed.
Roles: Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and online chat. Process orders and complete forms in our internal systems. Track and resolve customer issues. Keep detailed records of interactions and transactions. Coordinate with other team members as needed. Share feedback on how we can improve our customer service processes. Learn our full product range to provide expert support.
What we’re looking for: A friendly, patient person who enjoys helping others. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to type quickly and accurately. Calm and professional under pressure. Comfortable working on a computer for extended periods. Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and Saturdays. Ability to multitask and stay organized. A desire to learn and grow with the team.
Contract length: Permanent, full-time and part-time positions available.
Hours: Approximately 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturday availability.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.

Physical requirements: You’ll spend prolonged periods sitting at a desk and looking at a computer screen. The role involves frequent keyboarding, speaking via phone and in person, and near and far visual focus.
