Role Overview
We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented Content Coordinator to support the development and management of digital content. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, an interest in digital media, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects while maintaining consistent quality and deadlines.
This position is well suited for someone who enjoys working with content, researching topics, organizing information, and collaborating with a creative team. No prior experience is required – we provide full training and support.
What You’ll Do
• Assist with planning, organizing, and coordinating digital content
• Research topics, trends, and relevant industry information
• Prepare and edit written content for websites, social media, newsletters, and other digital platforms
• Maintain content calendars and track upcoming publications
• Coordinate content submissions and revisions with internal team members
• Review materials for accuracy, clarity, grammar, and consistency
• Assist with updating website and digital media content
• Monitor content performance and prepare basic reports
• Support social media content planning and scheduling
• Organize digital files, images, documents, and other media assets
• Assist with developing content ideas and promotional materials
• Communicate with team members to ensure projects remain on schedule
• Perform other content and administrative duties as assigned
Skills/Background Needed
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent grammar, proofreading, and editing abilities
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent quality
• Comfortable working with digital platforms and content management tools
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms

Preferred Experience
• Experience with WordPress or other content management systems
• Familiarity with social media scheduling platforms
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital content practices
• Experience with Canva or similar content-design tools
• Basic knowledge of analytics tools or content-performance measurement
• Strong research and information-gathering skills
