Content & Marketing Coordinator – Full-Time, Entry Level

Roles: Content and marketing support, video editing, social media management, content organisation.

Contract length: Full-time, permanent.

Location: Local positions available. On-site role requiring attendance at two office locations on a rotating schedule (three days at one location, two days at the other).

Skills/background needed: No prior marketing or media experience required. We provide full training. You’ll thrive if you’re creative, organised, curious, and eager to learn new technology. A professional attitude and comfortable interaction with colleagues are essential.

About the role:

Every day brings something new. You’ll capture, edit, and share stories that matter. Your work will include:

Filming and photographing content around the workplace, including team moments, educational material, and client stories.

Editing engaging short-form videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and similar platforms.

Helping grow and maintain a YouTube channel with educational long-form content.

Planning and maintaining a consistent content calendar to keep posting organised and on schedule.

Organising a growing library of photos, videos, testimonials, and marketing materials.

Using AI writing tools to develop ideas, scripts, captions, and titles efficiently.

Coordinating with digital partners by providing fresh content and creative assets.

Updating online business listings, managing online reputation, and supporting local marketing initiatives.

Supporting team projects, events, and community activities as needed in a growing business.
