Technical Writer – Research Documentation, Entry Level

About This Role:

We’re looking for a Technical Writer to join our team. You’ll work with stakeholders across the organization to create clear, accurate documentation that helps users understand and use our services effectively. This is a great opportunity to develop your technical writing skills while contributing to meaningful work.

What You’ll Do:

• Write and prepare technical documents, including guides, procedures, and proposals• Work with different teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and gather information• Organize, edit, and refine written content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency• Manage multiple writing projects, track progress, and meet deadlines• Review documents to ensure quality, proper formatting, and style consistency• Collect feedback on documentation clarity and make improvements as needed• Maintain organized version control of all documents• Participate in team meetings and communicate with project stakeholders• Develop both print and online publications based on research and project results• Suggest process improvements to streamline workflows

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in English or a related field)• 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field, OR equivalent combination of education and experience• Proficiency with Google Docs, Microsoft Word, or similar writing software
