We are seeking an experienced Content Marketing Specialist to join our team on a fully remote basis. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who writes exceptionally well, thinks strategically, and can ship polished work quickly.
You will own the core narratives, use cases, and enablement assets that support our sales team in winning and growing key accounts. You’ll be the craftsperson behind creating decks, one-pagers, objection libraries, demos, and use-case maps that help sales representatives succeed in competitive conversations.
What You’ll Do
Build and refine core messaging: Develop and continuously improve pitch decks and one-pagers; test them in real sales conversations and iterate based on feedback.
Create sales enablement materials: Produce objection libraries, industry-specific battlecards, and field assets that make every sales representative more effective.
Map customer value: Build use-case maps across the customer journey to identify where products and services expand within existing accounts.
Master product demonstrations: Become the go-to expert for demonstrating all products and use cases to potential buyers.
Develop expansion strategies: Create account-specific expansion plans for key customers; partner with sales and customer teams to execute them; document case studies and success stories.
Stay connected to the field: Maintain close relationships with sales, customer-facing teams, and product; use real deal feedback to keep messaging grounded and effective.
Support high-stakes conversations: Participate in key client meetings to test messaging and bring field insights back into your materials.
Collaborate across teams: Work with product and marketing teams to ensure messaging, objections, and account context flow seamlessly through all systems.
Skills/background needed:
4–6+ years of product marketing experience, including senior individual contributor work owning narrative and sales enablement for technical or enterprise products.
Outstanding writing ability – you can produce executive-level decks and crisp one-pagers that sales teams will actually use.
Experience turning technical capabilities into buyer-facing value with sharp competitive positioning instincts.
Comfort working directly with sales in live deals, demoing and iterating fast based on real-world feedback.
High ownership, low ego, and a bias toward shipping quality work quickly.
Experience with enterprise or regulated buyers is a plus.
