We’re looking for a detail-oriented Content Merchandiser to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll organize and optimize product content that helps customers find exactly what they need online. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the shopping experience and drive sales through thoughtful product presentation and merchandising strategies.
About the role:
This is an on-site position where you’ll play a key part in populating and optimizing product data within our systems and website. You’ll help ensure accuracy in how products are displayed, organize upsells and cross-sells, and improve how customers discover items through search and filtering.
Primary duties:
• Organize and document product upsells and cross-sells based on inventory levels and sales performance
• Write and populate engaging, search-optimized product content and descriptions
• Analyze customer search data to improve on-site discovery and reduce search friction
• Enrich product information and attributes to enhance filtering and navigation
• Populate and organize detailed product specifications in our systems
• Create persuasive content for product listing pages
• Perform quality checks on product titles, descriptions, imagery, and overall presentation to ensure accuracy and a great user experience
Skills/background needed:
• Experience with product content, listing optimization, or merchandising (or willingness to learn)
• Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Familiarity with eCommerce systems is helpful but not required
• A genuine interest in the products and community we serve
