Responsibilities
Review content outputs against current guidelines, playbooks, and policy standards.
Assess tone, clarity, and alignment with stakeholder needs using a structured evaluation framework.
Flag issues and gaps, assigning appropriate priority levels based on severity.
Document clear reasoning and next steps so future work can improve.
Make consistent decisions on disputed or unclear cases using published guidance.
Participate in regular quality-assurance check-ins to maintain consistent review standards.
Skills/background needed
Ability to apply detailed review rubrics consistently across large batches of work.
Clear written communication skills with the ability to explain decisions and reasoning.
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies or gaps.
Reliable availability for at least 10 hours per week.
No prior experience required — full training provided.
Example tasks
Review a content submission and rate it against tone, clarity, and workflow standards.
Flag a missed step or policy gap and recommend the correct approach.
Resolve disagreements between reviewers using established guidelines.
Audit a batch of completed reviews for consistency and report any patterns to the team lead.
