Content Specialist – Knowledge Base (Entry Level)

We’re seeking a Content Specialist to join our team and help create clear, accessible documentation that empowers users to get the most from our products.

In this role, you’ll develop and maintain internal guides, customer-facing help articles, FAQs, and knowledge base content. You’ll manage the full documentation lifecycle—from planning and drafting through editing, review, publishing, and updates. Your work will directly support both employees and customers in understanding how to use our solutions effectively.

What You’ll Do

• Create and maintain high-quality internal documentation including processes, procedures, and training materials
• Develop customer-facing content such as user guides, help articles, FAQs, and knowledge base entries
• Organize and maintain an accessible knowledge base, keeping information accurate and up to date
• Work with modern content tools and platforms to improve documentation quality and usability
• Identify gaps in documentation and opportunities for improvement
• Coordinate documentation across multiple projects while managing priorities and deadlines
• Partner with team members across different departments to gather information and ensure content accuracy
• Write clear, user-friendly documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences

Skills/background needed

• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to explain complex information in clear, simple language
• Experience with content management systems or knowledge management platforms
• Project management skills—ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Collaborative approach to working across teams
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• Prior experience in technical writing, knowledge management, content development, or a similar documentation role

Preferred

• Experience working in software, technology, or healthcare environments
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies or software development processes
• Experience using automation tools or AI technologies to improve content creation
• Knowledge of project management and collaboration platforms
• Experience conducting content audits or recommending process improvements
