Content Strategy Specialist – Entry Level, Remote

We’re seeking a Content Strategy Specialist to join our team as an entry-level remote position. You’ll work with clients across B2B content strategy, digital content planning, and website content architecture. This is a hands-on role where you’ll develop real expertise in how content drives business results.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll work on content strategy across multiple areas:

Content Strategy Development

You’ll help develop content strategies by understanding audience needs, brand messaging, and business goals. You’ll work on mapping out content that aligns with where customers are in their buying journey. You’ll support the creation of content plans and help teams understand how content programs connect to broader business objectives. You’ll also collaborate with account teams to ensure content strategy supports the wider engagement approach.

Website and Digital Content

You’ll help organize website content in ways that make sense for both users and search engines. You’ll support content architecture work, learn how to structure information clearly, and help define standards that keep content organized. You’ll work alongside design and development teams to make sure content strategy comes to life on the website and can be measured once it’s live.

Learning and Growth

You’ll contribute to the development of best practices and methodologies. You’ll stay informed about how emerging technologies are shaping content strategy and bring fresh perspectives to client conversations. You’ll participate in workshops and collaborative sessions where you’ll help shape how we approach content work.

Skills/background needed: No prior experience required. Full training provided. We’re looking for someone with strong writing and communication skills, an interest in how content strategy works, and the ability to think about how different pieces of content fit together. A degree in Communication, Marketing, Creative Writing, or a related field is helpful, but equivalent professional experience also counts. You should be comfortable learning new tools and frameworks, able to work well in team settings, and genuinely curious about how content influences business outcomes.

What Sets You Apart

You think about how content works as a connected system, not just isolated pieces. You’re detail-oriented and can produce clear, structured work that others can build on. You communicate well in meetings and in writing, and you’re not afraid to share ideas and ask questions. You’re interested in how search engines, user behavior, and business strategy connect.
