About the role
We’re looking for a Content Writer to join our team and handle the day-to-day execution of content and marketing operations across multiple channels. You’ll own content creation, SEO execution, platform management, and reporting. This is a hands-on, shipping role where you’ll see the impact of your work every week and make real decisions within a clear scope.
What you’ll do
• Create and publish content daily across blog, social media, case studies, and sales materials
• Execute SEO strategy: write optimised content, implement on-page improvements, and develop content briefs
• Manage marketing platform operations: maintain workflows, lead routing, email sequences, and data hygiene
• Create and run weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports
• Work with automation tools and AI agents to multiply your output and efficiency
• Document decisions and communicate asynchronously with the team
Skills/background needed
• Experience writing for B2B audiences (agency, SaaS, or development services background preferred, but not required)
• Strong writing skills across multiple formats: blog posts, social content, email, case studies
• Comfort with marketing platforms and automation tools; we’ll provide full training
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and search analytics
• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude, or willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently, document your work, and communicate in writing
• Organised approach to managing multiple content streams and deadlines
