Role: Content Writer – Marketing & Proposals
We’re looking for an entry-level Content Writer to help develop marketing materials, create proposals, and support our brand messaging. You’ll work on a variety of writing and content projects, from client presentations to website updates, while building valuable experience in marketing communications.
What you’ll do:
• Develop and maintain professional communications with clients and prospects
• Write and prepare proposals, presentations, and qualification packages
• Organize and manage the proposal process to meet deadlines
• Research target customers and identify market trends
• Create and maintain marketing materials, including informational packets, advertisements, and direct mail pieces
• Coordinate industry award submissions
• Support public relations and communication efforts
• Maintain project and portfolio databases and ensure consistency across materials
• Update website content and manage project photography
• Produce internal communication materials
• Participate in marketing events and networking activities
• Create engaging content that supports business objectives
• Review and update marketing materials to keep information current and accurate
• Support other marketing tasks as needed
Skills/background needed:
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Professional interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) or similar tools
• Basic website content management experience
• Familiarity with search engine optimization concepts
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design, communications, or related field preferred
• Industry experience is helpful but not required – we provide full training
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full-time, permanent position
