About the role

We’re looking for an Entry Level Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing and Communications team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who wants to build a well-rounded foundation across multiple marketing disciplines.

Working across marketing, communications, creative, digital marketing, and operational initiatives, you’ll support assigned marketing projects and deliverables. No two days are exactly alike—the role offers hands-on experience supporting a diverse portfolio of initiatives while working alongside experienced marketing professionals.

What you’ll do

Marketing Operations and Project Support

• Provide administrative and execution support for assigned marketing and communications projects across digital marketing, social media, public relations, internal communications, and traditional marketing channels

• Support the planning, preparation, scheduling, and coordination of marketing and communications content and campaign deliverables

• Assist with proofreading, formatting, reviewing, and preparing marketing and communications materials

• Help with routine content updates and publishing for email marketing, website content, digital signage, and other digital communication channels

• Assist with social media publishing, monitor and respond to social media interactions, and compile social media performance reports

• Help maintain content calendars, campaign schedules, and project timelines

Marketing Execution and Team Support

• Assist with organizing marketing and communications requests and supporting the team’s project intake process

• Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, action items, and departmental records

• Provide project and administrative support by scheduling meetings, organizing project materials, and tracking deliverables

• Support coordination with internal teams and external partners as directed

Content and Asset Management

• Support the organization and maintenance of marketing assets, templates, brand resources, and content libraries

• Assist with the collection, organization, and distribution of creative assets

• Assist with the planning and coordination of photo and video shoots, including logistics and scheduling

• Support the development and maintenance of presentations, reports, and branded marketing materials

• Review marketing and communications materials for consistency with brand standards

Reporting and Administrative Support

• Assist with campaign reporting and performance tracking across marketing and communications initiatives

• Assist with compiling campaign and performance data and preparing routine reports

• Support vendor administration, invoice processing, and other departmental administrative activities

• Assist with routine administrative tasks related to marketing technology and campaign tracking

Skills/background needed

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Outlook

• Ability to create and maintain presentations, templates, and marketing materials using Canva or similar design tools

• Experience using project management platforms such as Trello, Asana, or similar tools (or willingness to learn)

• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines while maintaining organized workflows

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams

• Familiarity with email marketing platforms, web analytics, social media management, and reporting tools (or willingness to learn)

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and support a variety of marketing and communications initiatives

Experience required

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent experience in a marketing, communications, or administrative support role

• At least one year of relevant experience (or equivalent through internships, student organizations, volunteer work, or part-time employment) supporting marketing, communications, project coordination, or administrative functions

• Demonstrated organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills

• Experience supporting consumer-facing brands or organizations is a plus

Work environment

• This position works in an office setting with occasional on-site visits

• Typical business hours apply, with occasional evening, weekend, and holiday work expected to support special events and marketing initiatives

• Occasional lifting and carrying of items, equipment, or supplies (typically 25 lbs or less)

• Ability to sit, stand, bend, stoop, and reach as required for the role

• Travel may be required to attend job-related conferences or organizational functions (less than 5% of the time)
