About This Role
We’re looking for a Content Writer & SEO Specialist to help grow our organic reach and create content that inspires action. You’ll work on a mission-driven team, crafting blog posts and optimizing content to help more people discover us when they need us most.
This isn’t just about ranking for keywords — it’s about creating content that moves people, earns trust, and helps real people achieve their goals.
Your Mission
Grow high-intent organic traffic by creating and optimizing content that attracts the right audience. You’ll have creative and strategic freedom to focus on what moves the needle fastest, and you’ll own growth across content creation, SEO, and content performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Update and republish blog posts to improve user experience and engagement (consolidating posts, improving calls-to-action, fixing links, adding visuals, and refining copy)
• Manage SEO optimizations across existing and new content
• Execute technical SEO improvements (broken links, internal linking, redirects, and more)
• Lead efforts to acquire backlinks by creating shareable content, infographics, and outreach campaigns
• Publish new blog content that supports growth goals
• Continuously improve content quality, readability, and engagement
• Track and optimize content performance using analytics tools
Skills/Background Needed
• Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to bring clarity and authority to every piece
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals and how to optimize content for search
• Analytical mindset — you enjoy tracking how content performs and optimizing for impact
• Ability to blend creativity with data-driven thinking
• Comfort learning and using analytics tools and SEO platforms
• Personal interest in content creation, publishing, or related fields
What Makes You a Great Fit
You’re someone who loves both the creative and analytical sides of content — part writer, part data nerd, totally focused on growth. You’re curious, detail-oriented, and genuinely interested in how content can drive real results. Prior experience in publishing or content-driven roles is a bonus, but not required. Full training will be provided.
