We’re looking for a creative and strategic social media professional who understands that great content starts with knowing your audience. If you enjoy spotting trends early, thinking strategically about why content works, and want to see your creativity make a measurable impact, this role is for you.
As part of a collaborative marketing and communications team, you’ll manage social media presence across multiple platforms, create engaging photo, video, graphic, and written content, identify emerging trends, and help execute integrated marketing campaigns. You’ll have the opportunity to experiment with new ideas, uncover authentic stories, and use data to make each campaign stronger.
What you’ll be doing:
• Manage official social accounts as both strategist and content creator, working with different teams to support their social media strategies
• Develop compelling content for websites and social media platforms, including writing, design, video creation, and posting across various outlets
• Identify emerging social trends and adapt them strategically for your target audiences
• Use metrics and analytics to create engagement-informed content and provide data-driven recommendations
• Develop and manage digital campaigns in collaboration with the creative and marketing teams
• Write and proofread content for the marketing team, adapting style and voice for different audiences and platforms
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, mission, and strategic vision
• Manage content ideas and collaborate on social strategy initiatives
Skills/background needed:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience developing goal-oriented social media content with a portfolio of previous work
• Understanding of major platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn) and their best practices
• Ability to develop and maintain collaborative working relationships
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to complete projects accurately and on time in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Ability to handle confidential materials with discretion
• Willingness to work some evening and weekend hours as needed
• Full training provided on all tools and processes
Contract length: Full Time, Permanent
