We are seeking a Court Reporter to support administrative hearings and depositions. This is an on-call position covering both on-site and virtual attendance at legal proceedings.
Responsibilities
Provide accurate stenographic or digital recording of administrative hearings and depositions
Attend proceedings on-site at facilities or virtually as assigned
Deliver complete, clean recordings and notes to support timely transcript production
Maintain strict confidentiality of all case and personnel information
Skills/background needed: Active state court reporter certification or equivalent professional certification preferred; prior experience reporting administrative hearings or legal depositions is a plus but not required for entry-level candidates; ability to pass a federal background check including fingerprinting; reliable, professional, and comfortable working independently; U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: On-call, as-needed based on hearing and deposition schedule; advance notice provided when possible.
Expected hours: 10–40 hours per week (variable).
