Are you passionate about teaching and working with young learners? We’re looking for enthusiastic instructors to lead after-school enrichment classes in creative writing, coding, chess, cooking, and STEAM subjects for elementary-aged students.
This is a contract position perfect for anyone seeking flexible, supplemental income with a meaningful impact in the community.
About the Role
You’ll lead one-hour classes that run once per week during after-school hours (typically between 2 PM and 5 PM). All lesson plans and materials are provided, so there’s no lesson preparation stress on your end. You simply deliver engaging, age-appropriate instruction to small groups of students.
These are separate subject classes, so you can choose to instruct in one or multiple areas depending on your interests and background.
What We’re Looking For
No prior teaching experience is required. We welcome anyone with:
- Enthusiasm for working with children in a group setting
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Reliability and a positive attitude
- Subject matter knowledge in at least one of our program areas (creative writing, coding, chess, cooking, or STEAM)
Full training and support will be provided to help you succeed in the role.

All instructors will need to pass a background check and complete standard contractor documentation as this is a contract role. Payment is issued monthly for the previous month of classes.
