We’re seeking dedicated, dependable professionals with customer service expertise and excellent communication skills to become part of our Customer Operations Chat Representatives team. In this role, Customer Operations Representatives will make outreach to customers who need assistance via our website platform.
What you will be doing: Working as a live chat specialist, you’ll get compensated for responding to incoming live chat inquiries from customers visiting business websites and social platforms. Your responsibilities will include resolving customer inquiries, sharing relevant product links, and presenting promotional offers to clients.
Contract length: Flexible, ongoing basis
Rate: $25 – $35 hourly
Skills/background needed: You’ll need access to a device capable of using social media platforms and website chat systems (Smartphone/Tablet/Computer). Comfortable working autonomously without direct supervision. Strong ability to adhere to detailed guidelines and protocols. Minimum 5+ hours weekly availability required. Stable, dependable broadband connection essential.
Hours per week: Between 5 and 40 hours weekly
Location: Work from anywhere with internet access (United States based applicants preferred).
