We’re hiring Customer Service Representatives for a part-time remote position. This is a great opportunity to help people and develop your customer service skills from home.
Hours: Part Time, 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM, Monday – Friday
About the Role:
In this role, you’ll provide helpful support and information to customers. You’ll answer questions, provide accurate information, and deliver quality customer service from your home office. Full training will be provided, so no prior call center experience is necessary.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with information and support
- Provide accurate and consistent information
- Deliver quality customer service and support
Skills/background needed:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Comfortable using a computer and learning new software
- Clear communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and provide consistent support
- Experience in customer service or a related field is helpful but not required
- Bilingual skills are a plus
