We’re hiring Customer Service Representatives to provide support and assistance to individuals with information and inquiries. This is a fully remote position with flexible part-time hours.
Roles: You’ll be responsible for assisting customers with information requests, providing accurate and consistent support, and delivering quality customer service across our channels.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Part time, ongoing.
Skills/background needed: No prior experience required. We provide full training to all new team members. The following are helpful but not essential: familiarity with customer service environments, knowledge of health and human services, strong computer skills, high school diploma or equivalent, or bilingual abilities.
