Roles: Customer Service Representative

About the role:
This is a fully remote customer service position where you’ll handle customer orders and inquiries over the phone. You’ll be the main point of contact for customers, making sure every interaction is prompt, professional, and helpful. Your goal will be to listen carefully to what customers need and give them a great experience. As you settle into the role, you may also be trained in other team functions to support the wider department.
What you’ll do:
• Answer incoming customer service calls and process orders as quickly as possible
• Provide accurate, courteous, and prompt responses to all customer inquiries
• Listen actively and solve routine and complex problems (with supervisor support when needed)
• Document all activity in the system
• Manually enter orders when required
• Operate the phone system effectively
• Keep track of records and follow up with customers when necessary
• Stay organized while managing multiple tasks at once
• Maintain consistent attendance and flexibility to adapt as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
Skills/background needed:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to type 35–40 words per minute
• Strong customer service skills and excellent communication (verbal, written, and listening)
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable learning new systems and adapting to change
• Basic computer knowledge
• High-speed internet connection for remote work
• Medical terminology or experience is a plus, but not required
