About the role:
We’re looking for a compassionate, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to help people navigate their benefits and resolve their questions. You’ll be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, helping customers understand their coverage, resolve issues, and find the resources they need. If you enjoy helping people and have strong communication skills, this could be a great fit for you.
What you’ll do:
• Listen carefully to understand what customers need and provide helpful guidance and support
• Resolve customer questions and issues efficiently while keeping accurate records of all interactions
• Educate customers about their benefits options and help them navigate available resources
• Think ahead to anticipate customer needs and offer proactive solutions
• Work with your team and other departments to solve problems and improve the customer experience
• Maintain confidential records and follow all policies and procedures
• Use digital tools during training and while supporting customers to work more efficiently and solve problems better
• Show up on time and stick to your assigned schedule

Required Qualifications:
• 6+ months of customer service experience
• Basic computer skills
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Ability to work during Eastern or Central time zones
• High-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 25 Mbps upload) with a direct wired ethernet connection to your modem/router (hotspots, satellite, and WiFi are not suitable for this role)
• Willingness to be flexible with your schedule and embrace technology as a key support tool
Preferred Qualifications:
• 1+ years of customer service experience in a contact center environment (phone, chat, or email)
• 1+ years of experience with healthcare-related topics such as claims, benefits, or provider services
• Experience with Microsoft Office

Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full time, 40 hours per week
