Customer Success Data Specialist – Remote (Full Time)

About This Role

The Customer Success team works collaboratively with partner organizations, vendor partners, and internal teams to deliver high-quality client support and data services. You will serve as a primary point of contact for organizations participating in our data products and services, combining relationship management, onboarding, project coordination, and operational support.

This is a client-facing role that offers the chance to help organizations successfully adopt and use our platforms by managing onboarding, coordinating data submissions, resolving issues, and ensuring an exceptional client experience. You’ll work from home in a fully remote position.

What You’ll Do

Client Onboarding & Success

• Serve as the primary onboarding contact for client organizations using our data services• Guide organizations through onboarding requirements, timelines, documentation, and implementation steps• Build strong relationships with client staff and provide support throughout the client lifecycle• Establish clear milestones and follow-up processes to ensure successful onboarding

Administration & Process Management

• Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and keep client information current• Coordinate and track legal agreements, service orders, and related documentation• Support client administration activities, user access setup, and file transfer systems• Monitor data submissions and follow up proactively with participating organizations• Manage recurring client communications related to submissions and reporting schedules

Client Support & Issue Resolution

• Serve as the liaison between client organizations and internal teams to resolve data and submission issues• Coordinate troubleshooting efforts with technical and analytics teams• Track client inquiries and ensure timely resolution• Identify ways to improve onboarding experiences and operational workflows

Skills/background needed: Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply. You should have strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects. Experience with Microsoft Excel is required. Familiarity with CRM platforms, data management tools, or reporting systems is a plus. Most importantly, you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and helping clients succeed. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is preferred but not required.

Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
