About the role:
We’re looking for a friendly, organized Customer Support Associate to join our team and provide excellent service to our customers. This position is focused on helping existing customers with their questions, managing requests, and ensuring every interaction leaves them feeling valued.
What you’ll do:
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer requests with care and professionalism
• Assist customers with questions and help resolve issues promptly
• Process requests and updates accurately while maintaining detailed customer notes
• Support customers with billing, payments, renewals, and documentation
• Follow up on open requests to ensure all issues are fully resolved
• Build positive relationships with customers and help with retention when appropriate
• Work with our systems to keep customer information accurate and organized
• Identify when customers might benefit from additional services and pass opportunities along to the sales team
Skills/background needed:
• Fluent in English and Russian (both required)
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Comfortable handling multiple customer requests at once
• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
• Able to work with CRM systems and common computer programs
• Customer service experience is helpful but not required
• Genuine interest in helping customers and resolving their concerns
