As a chat support representative, you’ll be responding to customer inquiries and providing live assistance through website chat platforms. All work takes place remotely, typically from your own residence.
Your primary responsibility will be to offer outstanding support to our online visitors. The position involves skillfully handling customer conversations to foster stronger relationships and encourage repeat business. Your duties will include responding to inquiries about products, acknowledging feedback, and tactfully managing complaints. You’ll also need to exercise caution when dealing with sensitive situations (such as safety concerns or product contamination issues) to safeguard company interests.
Contract length: Flexible, with no predetermined end date
Rate: $25 – $35 hourly
Skills/background needed: You’ll need access to a device that supports website chat and social media platforms (Computer/Smartphone/Tablet). Self-directed work approach required. Capacity to adhere carefully to established protocols and guidelines. Minimum 20+ hours weekly availability necessary. Dependable high-speed internet access essential.
Hours per week: 20 – 40 hours weekly
Location: Work from anywhere with internet connection (US-based candidates preferred).
