About the Role
This role focuses on delivering excellent support to clients across multiple departments. You’ll handle a variety of tasks—from managing client inquiries to directing requests to the right teams, collecting payments, making outreach calls, and supporting new clients through the onboarding process.
You’re expected to be proactive: notice when a client needs help, when a payment is about to fail, or when a follow-up is needed. In a single day, you might answer support tickets in the morning, make outreach calls after lunch, and help route a client to the right department before you finish.
This is not a sales role, and there’s no commission. Success means doing right by the client—not hitting numbers.
What You’ll Do
• Manage inbound support tickets and client requests. Respond quickly, resolve issues fully, and make people feel heard.
• Direct client inquiries to the appropriate department, ensuring nothing gets stuck in the wrong inbox.
• Handle payment follow-ups when a client’s subscription lapses or a payment fails. This is usually a straightforward fix—expired card, timing issue—approached with warmth and flexibility, not pressure.
• Make service-focused outreach calls to current and past clients. You’re confirming they’re in the right place, not chasing sales targets.
• Support newly scheduled clients with confirmation calls or messages to reassure them ahead of their first interaction.
• Occasionally work with the marketing team on lead support activities.
• Attend quarterly in-person events (approximately one week every three months) as part of your working schedule.
