About the role
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll assist with questions, troubleshoot product issues, process orders, and provide clear, professional communication. The ideal candidate is empathetic, resourceful, and comfortable working independently in a flexible environment with some on-site collaboration.
What you’ll be doing
Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve product or order-related issues with accuracy and empathy.
Order Management: Process orders, returns, and warranty claims in accordance with company policies.
Documentation: Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback to help improve processes.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with other departments when needed to resolve complex issues.
Product Knowledge: Build and maintain product knowledge to confidently answer customer questions.
Skills/background needed:
Customer Service Experience: Some experience in customer service, retail, or e-commerce is helpful (handling inquiries related to orders, shipping, and returns).
Problem-Solving: A detail-oriented mindset with a customer-first approach to resolving issues.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Work Ethic: Self-motivated and dependable. You’ll work independently while also collaborating effectively with a small team.
Time Management: Able to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable learning customer service platforms and tools. Experience with e-commerce systems is a plus but not required.
Nice to have:
Automotive Knowledge: Familiarity with automotive parts or industry terminology.
Technical Aptitude: Comfortable understanding how technical parts work together.
Industry Enthusiasm: A genuine interest in vehicles, modifications, or outdoor adventures.
