We’re looking for a creative and analytical Digital Content Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll support content creation, strategy, and performance across social media platforms. You’ll work on a variety of tasks—from creating engaging posts to analyzing performance data to tracking emerging trends—all while helping to grow audience reach and engagement.
What you’ll do:
Monitor social media accounts to ensure content follows best practices for copy, posting frequency, and creative style
Prepare regular content performance reports and work with your team to analyze the data and create strategic plans to grow audience and increase engagement
Create and share competitive content reports to help keep strategies innovative and effective
Track social media trends and actively recommend content ideas to your team
Create and post content across all social platforms as needed
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with social media platforms and related tools
Support other social and digital content tasks as they arise
Skills/background needed:
Experience with social media platforms including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter
Familiarity with content editing tools (such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar software)
Experience reading and interpreting social media analytics and performance data
Ability to spot emerging trends and create engaging digital content
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
A curious mind and willingness to learn
Comfort with flexible hours, including occasional evening, early morning, weekend, and holiday work depending on content needs
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full time
