Role: Digital Marketing Specialist – eCommerce

Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.

Contract length: Full-Time, permanent direct hire

Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Location: Local positions available.

About the Role

You’ll take on a pivotal role in shaping our digital marketing presence. This position blends digital marketing, product content optimization, SEO strategy, and creative production. You’ll manage product listings, online campaigns, and monitor site performance to drive traffic and conversions.

You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, IT, product management, and sales teams. Occasional field visits will give you firsthand insight into customer needs and industry trends.

What You’ll Do

eCommerce Operations & Strategy
• Manage online sales operations to increase traffic, conversions, and revenue
• Oversee product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing
• Monitor and analyse key performance metrics including sales, website traffic, and conversion rates
• Coordinate with supply chain, merchandising, and fulfillment teams
• Collaborate with customer service to improve post-purchase support

Product Content & SEO
• Optimize and maintain product content for clarity, engagement, and search engine visibility
• Write keyword-rich titles, descriptions, and metadata
• Use Photoshop for product imagery
• Manage and improve local search presence
• Monitor search algorithm updates and SEO trends
• Develop product hierarchy, taxonomy, and attributes

Paid Search & Digital Advertising
• Plan, execute, and optimise paid search campaigns using Google Ads and Bing Ads
• Develop ad copy and landing pages
• Use Google Analytics and similar tools to track performance
• Test and refine campaigns to improve return on investment

Email Marketing & Automation
• Run automated email campaigns and workflows
• Maintain email list quality and compliance with regulations
• Create analytics dashboards and performance reports
• Align campaigns with customer journey touchpoints

Creative Content & Design
• Design and produce print and digital marketing materials such as flyers and catalogs
• Edit video, capture photography, and create visual assets for web and social media
• Support product and sales teams with marketing materials

Collaboration
• Partner with product management, IT, and marketing teams
• Engage with sales to understand customer challenges
• Manage multiple priorities in a detail-oriented, fast-paced environment

Skills/background needed:

• Experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or product content management
• Proficiency with Google Ads and Google Analytics
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Understanding of SEO best practices
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making
• Video editing and photography experience is a plus
• Full training and onboarding provided – no prior experience with specific platforms required
