We’re looking for an enthusiastic entry-level digital marketing specialist to join our team. No prior experience is necessary—we provide full training on all the tools and platforms you’ll need. You’ll work with clients across various online advertising channels and help them achieve their business goals. This is a client-facing role, so strong communication and a friendly, professional approach are important.
What you’ll do:
Manage and maintain client accounts while building positive, supportive relationships
Help manage client campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, and TikTok
Optimize keyword lists and campaign strategies to drive qualified traffic to client websites
Implement effective bidding strategies and manage campaign budgets
Analyze campaign performance and work toward exceeding client goals
Review and interpret data from analytics platforms to inform marketing decisions
Communicate campaign results clearly to clients
Skills/background needed:
Interest in digital marketing and online advertising channels
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to write clear, engaging ad copy with attention to detail
Comfortable with basic tools like Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and Google Sheets
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Able to organize your work and manage multiple tasks
Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Open to learning and growing in the role
Nice to have:
Familiarity with Google Analytics or other analytics platforms
Any relevant online marketing certifications
Prior experience in a client-facing or agency environment
