Roles: Safety Content Writer
We are looking for a remote Safety Content Writer to review and improve AI-generated responses. This is an entry-level role and no prior experience is required—full training is provided.
What you will do:
• Identify and understand language patterns
• Rewrite and improve AI-generated responses following safety guidelines, including sensitive topics
• Recognise patterns and meaning from word composition in English
• Process information and incorporate editorial review when needed
• Follow quality assurance processes and participate in reviews when required
Skills/background needed:
• Native-level English (C2)
• Some writing experience in tech writing, copywriting, journalism, editorial, support, UX writing, linguistics, teaching, content moderation, or similar fields
• A degree in journalism, communications, or teaching is preferred but not essential
• Comfortable working with sensitive or objectionable content
• Good computer skills and ability to follow writing guidelines for factuality, style, and formatting
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to research and identify reliable information
• Professional and thorough approach
