Roles: Sports Betting Ticket Writer

We are looking for friendly, detail-focused people to write, check, and pay out sports betting tickets from home. This is a fully remote, entry-level role with full training provided, so no prior experience is needed. If you enjoy sports and helping customers, this could be a great fit.
What you will do:
– Write, verify, and pay out tickets accurately and on time.
– Handle a cash bank for your shift and make correct change.
– Keep betting stations and kiosks neat, stocked, and working.
– Explain betting rules, lines, and odds to guests in plain language.
– Help customers with all betting methods and set up new accounts.
– Flag any guest concerns or suspicious activity to your manager.
Skills/background needed:
– At least 21 years of age and a high school diploma or equivalent.
– Basic math and basic computer skills.
– Good customer service and clear English communication.
– Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
– Working knowledge of sports is a plus.
