Roles: Technical Proposal Writer

We are looking for a beginner-friendly Technical Proposal Writer to help prepare written responses to public art and creative project opportunities. No prior experience is required, and full training is provided.
You will research creative opportunities, draft clear descriptions of artistic concepts, and help put together organized written submissions. You will work closely with artists and creative team members, keep track of deadlines, and make sure final packages are polished and complete.
This role is a good fit for someone with strong writing and editing skills, good attention to detail, and an interest in art, design, and creative projects. The ability to organize information and follow a structured review process is helpful, but training covers the essentials.
Skills/background needed: Strong writing and proofreading skills, comfort with online documents and spreadsheets, and a willingness to learn. Experience with proposals or creative writing is a plus but not required.
This is a fully remote, work-from-home position. You can work from anywhere, with a flexible schedule and regular check-ins with the team.
