Grant Writer – Full Time (Entry Level)

About the role:

You’ll support the full lifecycle of grant development – from identifying funding opportunities, to writing compelling proposals, to coordinating post-award reporting. This role is ideal if you’re a strong writer with attention to detail, who can frame programs and data in a persuasive, funder-ready way.

You’ll work collaboratively with team members across departments to source content, shape project ideas into fundable concepts, and support coordination with finance, programme staff, and external partners.

What you’ll bring:

You don’t need prior grant writing experience – full training will be provided. What matters is your ability to write clearly and persuasively, and your willingness to learn the grant development process from the ground up.

Strong written communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively are essential. Experience with research, public health, non-profit work, or community programmes is helpful but not required.

Skills/background needed:

Excellent written communication, attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, collaborative mindset, proficiency with Google Docs or Microsoft Word.
