Growth Marketing Manager – Remote

We’re seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale demand generation programs that turn target accounts into qualified leads. This role spans paid advertising, nurture campaigns, and content syndication, with shared ownership of webinar programs and collaboration on overall messaging strategy.

This is a high-ownership, execution-focused role for someone equally comfortable optimizing paid search campaigns and building nurture sequences. You’ll set demand generation strategy and drive it forward independently, while collaborating with leadership on how that strategy connects to broader company narrative.

What You’ll Do

Demand Generation Strategy & Campaigns

Design and execute integrated marketing plans spanning paid, content, and lifecycle programs to hit awareness, conversion, and pipeline targets. Own strategy and execution for all demand generation campaigns that nurture and convert leads into opportunities. Build and manage always-on and campaign-specific nurture programs, including email sequences, in coordination with the sales team. Own end-to-end execution for webinar programs, including platform administration, promotion, registration, and follow-up. Draft campaign-supporting content — landing pages, emails, ad copy, and gated assets — for review and refinement. Use AI tools to accelerate campaign work — drafting and iterating on copy, summarizing performance data, and speeding up day-to-day execution.

Paid Media & Search

Own strategy, execution, and ongoing optimization of Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, including keyword strategy, bid management, audience targeting, and budget allocation across funnel stages. Own quarterly keyword planning — competitive gap analysis, tiered keyword strategy, and forecasting. Maintain and refresh target audience lists and personas on a regular basis.

Programs & Partnerships

Own content syndication programs end-to-end — vendor selection, asset delivery, and lead handoff with marketing operations and sales development. Own third-party promotions and paid placements, from outreach through performance tracking. Build and maintain campaign planning templates and calendars that keep stakeholders aligned on timing, assets, and channels.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with team members to manage social media presence and campaign planning. Work closely with leadership on nurture and webinar strategy — you own execution and align on direction and messaging. Partner with marketing operations on reporting infrastructure — pipeline sourced or influenced, cost per opportunity, and channel-level return on investment. Continuously test, measure, and iterate on targeting, messaging, and spend allocation.

What You Bring

Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Google and LinkedIn, from strategy through execution and optimization. Strong project management skills — comfortable building templates, processes, and calendars that keep a marketing team organized. A collaborative working style; you’ll work closely with leadership, sales, content, and marketing operations. Comfort working with data and marketing operations to track performance — able to interpret numbers to know what to test next. Strong writing skills — clear, human copy for campaigns and communications. While previous growth marketing or B2B marketing experience is valuable, we welcome applications from those ready to develop these skills with training and support.

What Success Looks Like

In your first 90 days: you’ll have taken ownership of paid media and webinar programs, be fluent in current campaign performance and audience targeting, and have established a working rhythm with leadership on nurture and webinar strategy.

By month six: you’ll be running demand generation campaigns independently end-to-end, have a content syndication program live and generating qualified leads, have improved reporting visibility into pipeline sourced by channel, and have streamlined campaign planning processes for the broader marketing team.
