We’re looking for an entry-level Social Media & Content Coordinator to support marketing execution across multiple properties and venues. In this role, you’ll assist with organic social media, content creation, website updates, and day-to-day marketing coordination. You’ll work within established brand guidelines and report to the marketing team lead.
What You’ll Do
Marketing Support
Assist with planning and coordinating marketing initiatives, promotions, campaigns, and seasonal activities. Help maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, and brand materials. Coordinate vendor needs, production schedules, and distribution of marketing materials.
Social Media & Content Creation
Create and assist with organic social media content based on approved calendars and brand standards. Capture photography and video at properties and events, then create short-form video content, basic graphics, and written posts. Work with property teams to identify content opportunities around promotions, events, and menu updates. Maintain organized photo and video libraries and track social media performance.
Website & Digital Support
Update website content, promotions, events, imagery, and property information as assigned. Support email marketing efforts by preparing and organizing digital assets for websites, email, and social media. Proofread and quality-check marketing materials before they go live. Attend designated events and property activations to capture content.
Administrative Support
Maintain organized marketing files, templates, and digital asset libraries. Track deadlines, assist with workflow management, basic reporting, data entry, and other marketing department projects.
Skills/background needed: No prior experience required. We’re looking for someone with strong writing, editing, and organizational skills. Basic familiarity with social media platforms, Canva, Microsoft Office, and website content management is a plus, but full training will be provided. Basic photography, videography, or mobile content creation experience is helpful but not required. You should be comfortable managing multiple tasks and be willing to travel occasionally.
Contract length: Full-time, ongoing
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application
Location: On-site position. Local applicants preferred. Role includes occasional off-site travel.
