Position Summary
In this role, you will translate complex benefit information into clear, easy-to-understand plan language for health plans. You’ll work on analyzing, drafting, editing and reviewing legal and regulatory plan documentation to help ensure accuracy and compliance. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality documentation with strong attention to detail, correcting any errors in spelling, grammar and formatting before documents are finalized.
You’ll develop a working knowledge of health plan regulations, laws, and procedures while supporting customers and colleagues. This role may also involve participating in team projects, helping with the onboarding of new team members, and supporting training activities as needed.
What You’ll Need
This is an entry-level position. You should have:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage your time effectively and prioritize tasks
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• A high school diploma or equivalent, or relevant work experience
• Willingness to learn about health plan documentation and regulations
Prior experience in plan documentation is not required — full training will be provided on the job.
