Role Summary:
We’re looking for an organized and detail-oriented writer to join our team in a fully remote role. You’ll help analyze and interpret data from various systems, prepare clear summaries of findings, and communicate key trends and insights to different teams across the organization. This is a great entry-level opportunity to develop skills in data analysis, business writing, and cross-team collaboration.
What You’ll Do:
• Assist with setting up new contracts and processing changes in our systems• Onboard new customers and manage customer account setup• Draft and prepare pricing and program documentation• Support contract file organization and maintenance according to company procedures• Monitor contract performance on a regular basis• Meet with key account managers to review performance and identify trends• Prepare clear summaries and reports identifying key business drivers and market dynamics• Collaborate with internal teams including customer service, marketing, and account management• Support auditing requests by organizing and providing contract documentation• Resolve customer issues with attention to detail and accuracy
Skills/Background Needed:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Excellent organizational ability and attention to detail• Comfortable working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint• Ability to learn new software systems quickly• Experience with data analysis or analytics platforms is a plus, but not required• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with different teams• Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)• Bachelor’s degree preferred but entry-level candidates with strong organizational skills are encouraged to apply
